Furthermore, each newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe to the newsletter.
Following receipt of your revocation or retraction, we will cease to utilise, process and transmit the relevant data for any purposes
other than for processing your order/orders and also cease to send you any further advertising materials, including our catalogues.
DO WE PASS PERSONAL DATA ON TO THIRD PARTIES?
For optimum processing of your order, it may also be necessary to transmit your personal data to third parties, for example
to our logistics partners so that these can process your order/orders for dispatch.
Furthermore, we transmit your personal data to a financial information service agency/collection agency – Intrum Justitia GmbH –
for the purpose of checking your credit history and identity, credit checking and for collection of outstanding debts.

HOW LONG ARE THE DATA SAVED FOR?

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR DATA?
We deploy technical and organisational measures that protect your personal data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access by
third parties. We regularly adapt our security measures to the current state of the art.
We encrypt your personal data using the SSL process (Secure Socket Layer process) for our online shop and for transmitting your personal
data stored there, which includes the payment information. The SSL process is currently the most common and most
secure Internet data transmission process.
DATA COLLATION USING COOKIES

site-wide basket display with the help of these session cookies – and comfortably read how many articles are currently in your basket

This data can be used to create user profiles by means of a pseudonym. Cookies can be used here.
The cookies enable the recognition of the Internet browser. Without the separately issued consent of the affected persons,
the data cannot be used to personally identify visitors to our online shop and are not merged with personal data
on the bearer of the pseudonym.

GOOGLE REMARKETING
We use a Google Inc., USA (hereinafter referred to as ‘Google’) Web analysis service for “Google Remarketing”.
For this, Google collates information on your visit to our Website. Google deploys cookies for this. Within the
context of remarketing, these cookies are used to alert you – on the basis of visiting our Website – to other Websites
by displaying online advertising for our products and services.
The processing of the data may also take place in the USA. Google has signed up to the US Department of Commerce-initiated
US Safe Harbor agreement with the European Union and Switzerland for collecting, utilising and storing personal data
from Switzerland and the member countries of the EU. With its certification, Google ensures that it adheres to,
and complies with, the US Safe Harbor data protection agreements regarding the announcement, selection options,

UTILISATION OF FACEBOOK SOCIAL PLUGINS
